The photographs are complemented by footage filmed on the Ukrainian front by war correspondent Jānis Vingrs, offering a glimpse into the conditions under which Ukrainian soldiers carry out their duties every day.

The exhibition also has a practical purpose. In collaboration with the foundation “Entrepreneurs for Peace” Visitors are invited to support Ukraine’s 20th Brigade “Lubart” by donating towards the purchase of ground-based unmanned platforms.

This technology makes it possible to carry out dangerous tasks remotely, including evacuating wounded soldiers from the battlefield without exposing rescue crews to additional risk. In situations where enemy drones constantly threaten the movement of soldiers, such platforms are becoming increasingly important in saving lives.
